Ten years old with two very clear holders and we haven't lost or thrown one yet (mainly due to the existence of these cases). They work AMAZING! Because there are so many in the package, we were able to set up our little girl to successfully hold and protect her orthodontic retainers. We attached one to her lunch box, her backpack, her volleyball bag, one to our beach bag, her hiking bag, and one to the inside zip of her shoulder bag. the back of the seat in front of her, and the remaining 4 were given to the 4 family members she spends most of her time with.
