My only complaint is that it's not 100% impossible to knock down the vent, but that could be a common problem with phone holders with vents. Otherwise, it charges my phone, holds it at a high angle, and doesn't interfere with the operation of the passenger-side air conditioner, nor with the view of any controls (radio, etc.), although of course it restricts movement of the vent levers. I was desperate for something good until a Hyundai service rep showed me how it works and how well it works. His car is only 1 model year older. But auto-close with the right fit and auto-open with a light touch is very convenient! I hate those spring loaded fights like that. Just don't forget to take out your phone before you park the car! giggle
