The customer service from this company was excellent. The first one I got had a few issues. The point where the mount attaches to the ball on the mount became VERY loose, to the point where the phone tilted all the way down whenever it was on the mount. Customer service said they are aware of this issue and are in the process of overhauling the mount. When everything was ready, they sent me a new mount. The mount stopped detaching and leaning down. My second complaint is that the metal plates that attach to your phone worked, but the adhesive came loose after a few months. The metal plate simply detaches from the phone. I contacted support and they said to use a different method of attaching the metal plate. I found this unacceptable and that they should come up with a better adhesive to attach the panels to the unit. I just used double sided tape which worked for a while until it failed too. Then I realized that the mounts have small magnets under the rubber dot where the phone attaches to the base. There are (apparently) 8 places for magnets and only 4 in the kit. I took four magnets from the interchangeable mount and put them in another mount and the magnets were enough to place the metal plate in the phone case and it stayed up the mountain at 75% cases. It's a good setup, but they need to figure out how to make the base magnets stronger and grab the metal plates better.
