I usually like L'Occitane products but NOT this one. It's called "cream" but isn't thick or rich like cream. I've used lotions that are richer than this "cream". L'Occitane has to be honest and call it a lotion because it is! It's also the first bad smelling L'Occitane product I've ever used. I'm totally amazed that some people like the smell. To me, it's a faint "fresh laundry" smell combined with a heavy dose of an unpleasant chemical smell. Despite the liquid consistency, it initially becomes sticky when drying, which I find rather unpleasant. To be fair, the stickiness really wears off after a few minutes. Then my face becomes soft and smooth within a few hours. Afterwards it feels like I didn't apply any moisturizer at all. Overall, three stars is very generous. I feel like I wasted my money on this product. Can't recommend it and definitely won't be buying it again!
