I love this product. It has 3 phones and base stations so I was able to connect on every level in my 3 story house so I always have access to it. Batteries last a long time and charge quickly. The audio is adapted for the hearing impaired husband. It allows you to simply play messages from your phone instead of having to go to the main base unit. This means I can access messages from my seat. The sound is very crisp and clear. The ringer is also adjustable and the phone talks to me and tells me who is calling so I can check without looking at the mill itself. It also says the battery is low so I can charge it again. All 3 are interchangeable so if one has a low battery I can use one of the others until it charges up. It has an easy finder to find the tube. I can also use it as an intercom! Much more. I advise you to read the instructions as some things are different from other types of phones. It's the best value for money, but I'd happily pay more for its features. If you are looking for a new phone, this one is for you.
