It's easy to use for any size team or organization with multiple departments using it simultaneously within one platform! The support staff are extremely responsive when addressing issues in real time via chat/email vs waiting days before replying (as some other vendors do). I would like more options available such as being able to track KPIs by individual department instead of overall business goals which could be tracked across many different areas if needed but not currently supported out-of box - maybe something they plan adding down this path? We're solving our own internal reporting needs so we don't have much need outside from what comes standard with SAP Business One product line including BI reports etc., however there isn’t anything natively built into B1 to solve these types problems either unless someone builds their custom solutions around them.
