I bought this product in August and am delighted with its use. It connected very well to my monitor and all. However, after only a few months, the connection to my mouse via USB slowed down dramatically. In order to use my wireless keyboard and mouse, I had to turn them off, which is very unfortunate. I wanted to see if I could contact tech support, but googling the company and trying to find their email address or phone number proved futile. So I guess I'll have to buy a new one or something :/ So if you don't use your USB ports this is a great buy. For now, however, it defies common sense.
