Jack is Loose Regarding Accessories

As fun as it is to type, it's not fun to use. The connector that connects the cable to the headphones themselves is unsafe. The cable falls out easily by just turning your head (nothing snags, is it just the weight of the cable?). Otherwise they seem good but I have to use tape to secure the cable.
