Review on Dark Gray Thinsulate Thermal Insulated Fingerless Wool Knit Mittens For Women & Men by James Morrow

I am a hobby photographer and so need to keep my fingers free while taking pictures in the Minnesota winter. These gloves seemed like the perfect purchase. I read reviews that mentioned a chemical smell, nothing like that from mine. However, the image here shows a Thinsulate label. There was no label on mine and, while the gloves DO have a nice insulating layer, I am not sure if it is Thinsulate. That said, the gloves appear well made and the insulated mitten top covers nicely with the web knitted 'collar' ensuring that there are no gaps for the wind and cold to get in. 32f today and a 12mph wind gave the gloves a good test. Hands stayed perfectly warm. I am not worried about the lack of Thinsulate label as these gloves do a great job for the very reasonable price. All that remains to be seen is how long they last.
