The camera arrived yesterday. You must enter an email verification code to set up the camera software. So far I've sent myself over 10 emails to 3 different accounts while browsing "All Emails" in Gmail. Not a single email was sent, so there's a building block that doesn't work without validation. Oddly enough, tech support is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This applies to Eastern European time. For pacific time they are open from 6am to 7am and then from 5pm to 12pm (I don't understand why different times for different time zones). , how do you know that?) It doesn't matter, nobody answers the phone, and they don't accept e-mails either.
