Exactly what I was looking for. I first bought them to put drinks on the table when I'm working from home. Then it occurred to me that I always take my drink to the office at lunchtime (a cup of iced tea, with lots of ice) and my cup starts to 'swell/drip' that I have to put double paper towels under it and sometimes it still wets my table. But I have no problems with these cup holders.
