The head rotates and does not tighten.

Ok, in short it's great build quality and ease of use, but there's a HUGE problem. So I have two 27 inch monitors, each weighing about 12 pounds, side by side. The head rotates left and right depending on the weight. It's a rivet bolt, so you can't tighten it to stop it. directly in front of the support arm and straight ahead it does not rotate. Otherwise he will. This is because the part that tilts the monitor from left to right is a) not tightened and not adjustable and b) when the levers are moved to the left and corrected, the bracket is no longer flat, now you can use the monitor but rotate normally. If it is not flat with a holding bracket, the monitor will wobble towards the weight. There are some reviews talking about this problem and even a few videos showing it. I would avoid this until it is fixed , otherwise you'll have to fiddle with it to make it work.

Pros
  • Rugged build
Cons
  • Almost everything is there
