I wish I had discovered this ages ago! Such a great little strap to keep my shoulder straps where they should be. I've had them for a few years now and have come back to buy more. Super easy to use once you get the hang of it. I just move the center pin back a little to fit a strap, then push the pin back to make sure it stays there. Put on a bra. Reach over my head and attach the other side of the belt in the same way. If you can attach a bra behind your back, it's just as easy. Bonus: In this day and age of wearing a COVID mask, this is great protection for your ears. I attach it to my mask's ear straps and secure it behind my head. Protects my ears from the extra pressure of the mask straps and is adjustable. I've used it in a variety of ways. Hidden under your hair - no one will see if your hair is shoulder length or longer. On my hair, yes, you can see it, but it saves my ears from unnecessary pain. And sometimes I tie my hair half up, half down, attach the mask, and then let my hair down so the strap is hidden again.
