2 cartridges for V4INK 83A printer, the perfect replacement for a laser printer. Read the instructions that came with the product carefully. I opened the cartridge which came in bubble wrap, the cartridge was sealed in a bag. He unscrewed the tap, removed the orange plastic rings on either side. Original cartridge removed, new cartridge inserted in the printer, perfect fit. Launched a test site - great! The cartridge that came with the HP printer had a non-working ink sensor that communicates with the printer and provides feedback on the toner level. When you start the printer you will get a memory feed error message, the LED will indicate you need to press OK to clear the error. The V4INK cartridge is not a genuine HP cartridge, so you need to press OK on startup. However, if you save on this product, save money by pressing OK - NO PROBLEM! Very satisfied with seller, product and price. I have 2 laser printers and would not hesitate to order multi-part cartridges from this supplier. All is well!
