We have modified our sons Power Wheels Jeep over the years to give it more and more life - changed the power source to 18v, rubber pneumatic wheels and different coats of colour (black and brown like a scrambler should be). We bought these lanterns as a surprise for the boys over the summer. The remote control was a smash hit. It seemed easy enough to learn the functions of the buttons. Connecting to the network wasn't difficult either. I just used an old 12 volt battery on a drill that we no longer use. The light is incredibly bright and the long cords make it easy to install anywhere, front or back. As an added bonus, the individual light strips are about the same size as a Jeep's grille slots, so I cut out two of these and glued the strips in to give it an "unmarked" look. Children. Easy dads boys.
