This is my first review in years if ever but I have to warn you guys! Bought for the third time in August 2019. The first two orders of these strips were great. However the formula has changed and as others have said they are now difficult to remove and the texture is rough. I could live with that. what i absolutely can't take is that my whole mouth has been on fire for 5 days. My gums receded, my taste buds burned out. I am trying to contact an emergency dentist. I only used 2 strips. I don't know if it's an allergic reaction to the new ingredients or something, but please, they're not worth it. Be careful folks.
