I haven't bought these from Pandahall before (they weren't in stock at the time) but I'm pretty sure it's the same product so I wanted the stuff behind let me i would like to know. The plastic case is a case for a CD. Same size, dimensions, closure. Just like that. And the hinge is a bit fragile, like a CD case. BUT given the small size and 20 grids (yes, the grids are part of the case) it's PERFECT for tiny beads or a small number of small beads. The grid lines go all the way up and even with tiny bits I never had any overflow. The 1st picture shows a set of 2-4mm beads in "boxes" in a grid. The second photo is just a side view of the case. 2) Now to the internal "boxes". Each grid section has an individual (removable) "box" and they are the stars of the show! It took me years to find a tiny convenient storage for small sets of small beads. In the 2nd photo, the case itself with the boxes removed. Each grid has more storage space when you remove the drawers and then you can use each drawer as a separate container. In fact, I divide most of the boxes into acrylic cosmetic storage boxes and use the CD case as a separate item. (See Fig. 4). Note the US nickel on the top and cent on the side for height and width comparison. I've amassed 12 of these and LOVE THEM!
