People were right to order UP, I wear size 4/5 in jeans and usually run small sizes when it comes to high waisted skirts (my waist is about 25 inches), but I ordered size XL after reading some reviews. It was a little big for my waist but I zipped it up and it works great. It's a little above mid-thigh on me and I love it. Great stuff too!
