I like that they have been able to help us with our website needs for over 8 years now! They helped me set up my eCommerce site, created an emailing list using MailChimp which has grown into one of their best tools so far, as well as creating several other products we use daily such as Slack channels (which is great because it helps keep everyone connected). The only thing about them I dislike is when you signup there's no way to find out who your contact person will be at this point. But once hired they immediately get back within 24 hours or less if needed. If hiring someone new make sure its worth it before signing anything just bcuz things can change quickly depending on what work gets done during any given week. Our team uses multiple applications throughout the day everyday - slack being 1 example but also including Trello etc. Having all these apps connect together was something i didn't know how difficult it would be until after having used.
