Review on πŸ’ Maui Jim Women's Kipahulu Wrap Sunglasses: Trendy Eye Protection with a Stylish Wrap Design by Heather Taylor

Revainrating 5 out of 5

No best sunglasses available PERIOD! All other brands are just pretense.

If you wear other sunglasses, you make a mistake. They are the clearest lenses because they are made of glass rather than plastic, so there is virtually no distortion and the polarization produces the brightest, most crystal clear field of vision imaginable. Once you try them, you will hate any other pair of sunglasses you may have. I used to wear Revo sunglasses and at over $400 it was ridiculously expensive to lose or break a pair. They cost half the price or less depending on the style, and they protect your eyes much better and improve your vision. Matt rubber frame and very light. Some people complain that they're heavy, but that's because they're glass not plastic, and glass is a very thin lens so isn't heavy at all. Taking them off won't leave dents on your nose, and speaking of nose pads, they're very comfortable. The lenses are available in gray and bronze. I think gray is great for bright sun and highlights. I use them when I'm fishing on a boat and you can see through the water to the bottom. And are you talking about brilliant colors? You can spot fish and structure with the ball of your eye, sometimes I don't even need my fish finder. Bronze is great for haze and driving. Try riding in the pouring rain with a pair and you'll never ride without them again. They cut through bright light and you can see several hundred yards better than without them. No pair anywhere. I have both colored lenses as I go out into the wild a lot. I left a few rafting at the bottom of a river in Alaska, there are a few 2000 feet below the surface of the Atlantic Ocean, and somewhere near Sanibel Island there are a few at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico. I lost a few points and will not buy any other points except Maui Jims. However, if you are very active, buy a head harness to protect them from the same fate.
