The only thing which could be improved would be if there was some kind of online training available so new users can quickly learn how to navigate the system and find what they need easily. We are now able to get all our benefit data into one website where we do not lose track or forget anything. Employees know their retirement status faster than before so more people participate in the process. My team has been able to collect much better statistics regarding employee welfare programs. Benefits costs were reduced significantly without changing policies.
