I really hate giving back. I understand the expense and feel bad whenever I have to. I have been in management of many companies over the years and understand the costs. However, I bought the Samsung Tab A used and had no issues with this part of it. The one I received looked perfect and functionally worked almost as well. My difficulty was Samsung's approach to Android. I just didn't like it at all. Some of them may be Android version but many of them are Samsung versions. Basically, Bixby, the "assistant", is a pain in the ass. Irresistible irritability and omnipresence even when you try to get him to leave. I read that many people hate Bixby, especially Samsung phone users. I agree with them all. I wanted to throw the tablet away, which of course I never would have done. I finished the entire Tab A in under 12 hours. I have friends I've helped with their old Samsung tablets. That's why I bought one this time. just a bad choice, and luckily Revane gave me a choice. iPad/iTunes keeps me away from iPad, and Android makers are trying to do too much. I'm hoping for a basic version with advanced features that just works without all the commercial bullshit. Like the others, Revain Fire is loaded with bloatware. KISS A baby kiss. aka Take it easy, fool.
