Unfortunately this pillow didn't suit me as my condition is a bit mysterious. I easily give it five stars for several reasons. The pillow is very well made and looks like it will last for many years thanks to the materials it is made of. It has a removable cover that can be washed. they stayed cool. The memory foam adhered well to my feet in about 5-10 minutes. Finally, the AFTER the sale customer service was top notch. They emailed me personally after I received it and seemed genuinely interested in hearing about my experience with it. After explaining to them that it wasn't the pillow's fault that it didn't work for me, customs did something I never expected and left me with deep respect for a company that went beyond just selling. I sincerely hope that this review will help you feel more comfortable about testing this product when you are unsure about making a purchase.
