Easy to use - no complicated setup required or anything! It's super fast as well which makes my job easier :) There are some reports with large attachments (like 100+MB) where I have to wait hours before they're loaded properly in our dashboard. Maybe this was due to high network latency? Would be great if we could enable retrace logging by default so admins don't need to do any special configuration when deploying new software versions/patches etc., but overall everything works just fine without problems like crashes of other products would cause us trouble ;) We've been using them since 2 years now and there wasn't one single complaint ever from customers about their service reliability yet. They had good support team who helped me solve different issues quickly every time.
