First of all I have been riding off-road motorcycles for over 30 years. I've probably owned 6-8 different pairs of MX boots and haven't bought an entry-level boot in years, but I decided to give it a try. After completing a 35 mile loop in my favorite ORV area, here are my pros and cons. Cons: * The soles were constantly sticking to the bike's footpegs. * Difficult to shift up. * The shift lever and the brake blade are practically not felt. .*Difficult to walk on*The most uncomfortable motocross boots I've ever worn! Pros: * Low price * Sizing about right * Plenty of room for knee pads and shin guards * Pretty decent protection for a cheap MX boot To sum it up; If you're on a tight budget and can take a lack of feel and a lot of discomfort, they might be for you. Personally, I'd rather save up for a mid or higher priced shoe that offers a better feel and much more comfort. I just wouldn't recommend this shoe.
