I use this mostly as a spot treatment, but it also works great on the entire mask. It makes my skin get very red so I have to use it at night but that's the only downside. Helps keep my acne away. I know how to use it on my normal acne before I visit mother nature and it helps a lot! I use it as a mask when my whole face needs extra care. I really like it and I will buy it again. thickness as expected.
