I wish I had this lav mic system first. It has everything I need. Everything you need, except the batteries, comes in a soft case that holds everything. All the accessories you need, even an XLR adapter. The main features that I think are really necessary: 48 channels to choose from, channel search. Possibility to disable the mute button, screw locking on the microphone and line cable, two transmitters. My previous lav mic system didn't have these features and I wish they did. I've had several scenarios where I accidentally yanked out the mic cable or hit the mute button without realizing it. If you have someone monitoring the audio it might not be a big deal, but if you're by yourself it's a lifesaver. The seams of the device are quite strong, but they are made of plastic. They all run on 2 AA batteries each so rechargeable and regular batteries are a must, but the upside is you don't have to wait for them to charge. Just insert new batteries and you're good to go. Transmitters can be reprogrammed to either Group A or B, so if you break one you still have a backup. The microphones are a bit bigger, the windscreen could be a bit smaller, but the sound quality is really good. I really like it because it complements my voice. I did notice that it was important to scan the channels as some of the channels were getting some sort of interference, but with 48 channels there were plenty of others that could be used. The range is better than expected, my studio is in a mixed commercial/residential area so even the WiFi is extremely crowded, let alone other radio waves. The Comica CVM-WM100 Plus is a great set of lav mice for those on a budget. If I ever buy this kit I would save money
