UNSAFE, ripped after 6 months

Exit end ripped after 6 months of normal use. The torn seam exposed the electrical conductors inside, making this device extremely dangerous. The crack occurred when the device was simply disconnected from it. Whether due to a design or manufacturing defect, this device is not safe for normal use. It's also not clear how to contact the company for a warranty claim. This is disappointing as it was one of the few truly tamper proof (child proof unless tampered with) power strips I could find.
