In the end they offered to replace the unit and I have to say it's quite excellent - the build quality is top notch and the adhesives hold the monitor really well (maybe I had a weak batch of adhesives the first time). to adjust). Overall for now I am 100% satisfied with the product as well as the overall responsiveness. It is clear that the company cares about customer satisfaction and deserves 5/5 stars (up from my original rating of 3/5). A solution that's great for people who travel frequently but need more screen real estate or just have limited space at home. The monitor was bright enough, sharp enough, and easy to set up. However, the adhesive was weak (the monitor started to sag on the open side after installation, making it look crooked) and overall it felt cheap (the assembly is all plastic and had a bit more flexibility than I'd like).
