Bought it for my wife but she immediately found it uncomfortable. I ended up using them but found them a bit uncomfortable after about 2 hours. I had to take them off and wait a bit before putting them back on. The rubber ring around the earbud fits into the earcup, but there might be something wrong with them. You sound really great. A bit of booming bass from "The Weeknd's Blinding Lights" and the noise-cancellation really works. After about 2 hours of listening I still had 80% battery left. It has excellent call quality and the back of the headphones are touch sensitive. Google Assistant could also hear me clearly. It comes with a spare set of ear cups plus small, medium and large small ear tips and another set in black. A USB-to-USB-C cable is also included in the box. The guide is really well written and easy to follow. Syncing was easy too. The charging status of the case and earbuds is clearly marked on the case. I've worked with them around the house and taken several short walks with them without fear of them falling out. I would call them great for training. I could cook and have breakfast and they wouldn't fall out of my hands. I have several other popular wireless headphones and they fall out easily. Overall I love them, just wish I could wear them for more than 2 hours before it gets to be too much. Maybe I'll try them without the rubber earrings.
