The best part about using this service of theirs was how they would make sure you are not sending your customers' information into other databases at all times! We have had issues over our years as well getting data from one database (our own) back onto another which we needed for some reports so it's always been tricky but with them its amazing!! Nothing really I dislike when having problems contacting support either through emailing us directly via there website, phone etc., nothing specific actually just takes time sometimes because i'm guessing people don't like giving up too much info if someone calls asking questions then trying again later can take longer than expected since contact details must be updated first before replying :).
