I've had these headphones for about 6 months now and I'm still having the same problems - hence the reason I'm writing a review. (When I say troubleshooting, this includes: disabling and re-enabling, removing the device from the phone, adding it back, clearing the cache, etc.) The first and biggest problem: the microphone. I can hear others speaking, but I either sound like I'm underwater or I'm whispering. I had another user trying different devices and doing the troubleshooting steps and it didn't change from day one. Next: connection. When I put the phone in my pocket (regardless of ANY pocket) the sound turns on and off. I have to keep my phone in hand to avoid distractions. That's sad for a 5G headset. Ridiculous that this problem occurs with anything less than 2ft and some fabric. And frankly, it defeats the purpose of using a wireless headset. The only decent thing is the battery life. I go back to the drawing board to find the best set. It's just really sad because I liked their old version.
