I ended up buying another type of Bluetooth. What I don't like is that I can only use one earbud at a time. There is no sound from either as long as they are connected. On top of that, the charge shows that it is 100% but only lasts about 45 minutes. Not good. UPDATE: Management contacted me, heard my concerns and were willing to fix the issue. Since they were kind and understanding, I decided to give it another try and order from them again. I'm sure the next pair will be better.
