I read many reviews before choosing my size. I'm really small (sometimes x-small). I ordered a small one and it fits just right. Tight, but that's how they're made to fit. I am 110 pounds and 5 feet 3 inches tall. It is well made from thick material. The bottom of the rashguard touches the thigh bone. So if you are looking for something longer and more protection this is not the product. For her. Taking off a star because it is VERY tight in the neck but I hope it can stretch a bit over time. Overall very happy with the purchase. I use it for the beach.
