The most classic cotton swab. I just clean with a cotton swab.

I know you don't have to put them in your ears to clean them, but that's what I do and they're perfect for it. Have done it for at least 25 years. I'm still listening. Unless you tell me not to put them in my ear. Then I can't hear you.
