The color is exactly the same as the picture, they are very blue. Some of the ones I bought I thought they were the same as the picture and they turned out to be lighter than expected so that's a plus. They are no brighter than standard halogen bulbs in my opinion, they are not very practical for driving, I would say they are perfect for showing off but not for driving in dark places. Another thing to note is that they say "Dual Lamp Hi/Low Beam". They are NOT dual at all, they just do one adjustment. So if you only have one spotlight that works both high and low, they won't work if you never use Your Shine at Night. So I have to return them, if your car only has 4 headlights, 2 for low beam and 2 for high beam, then it might work, but I don't know what the lighting will be like.
