Bought for a trip to the mountains. They are perfect for little feet. I ordered size 1-3 for my 3 year old who was wearing size 8 shoes at the time. While it was the perfect size for our trip I don't think she'll be able to wear it next year but that just speaks of bad timing. I will order the next size up next winter and we will be able to wear it for several years.
