The number one and most important reason I gave this product 1 star is that despite the fact that I knew I was buying a cheap phone, has two ringer volumes. Attitudes that can best be described as "I can't hear it because of the sound of my breathing" and "I'm bleeding from my ears". It literally has only two ringer volume settings. I've never seen this before. And worse, BOTH settings are pointless. One is so low you have to be sitting directly in front of the phone (within two feet) to even hear it. The other is so loud that the neighbors can hear it. Otherwise I don't see any problems with the phone. But what else do you need? The lack of "intermediate" volume settings gives you the only two volume settings that nobody ever uses, unless you need one that lets you hear him call out while enjoying a huge luau outside.
