Review on Vertagear PL6000_BO P Line Racing X Large Furniture for Home Office Furniture by Tanya Wright

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Guess now it's my turn to deal with customer service

Overall I would give the chair 5 stars. I find the chair very comfortable, I spent most of the day in it yesterday and never felt any discomfort. The only thing I would wish for is that it's a little lower. My main complaint and reason for the 3 star rating is that the lumbar pillow doesn't have straps like the chair pictured and all the ones I've seen in YouTube reviews. It falls down every time I get up and it's quite annoying. I had a little trouble getting the backrest on one side, I got one bolt in and couldn't get the other in. The hole was about half the size of the brackets. from underneath. I struggled with it a bit and was eventually able to get it to work, but figured I'd have to lengthen the hole. I have to thank Vertagear for including a T-handle instead of a crappy allen wrench for assembly, that was nice. Instructions are very easy to follow, could use a slightly larger font but maybe my old eyes are messing up. All in all I hope this chair lasts a while, maybe I'll buy one for my office at work. The $750 they bought me will kill me in a year. I've been working from home since the Shanghai Shivers started. I spend at least 10 hours a day in this chair and have had no problems with it. I have to go for a little walk about once a month to get the blood out. I couldn't be happier with this chair. I'll buy again if it doesn't work.
