I love this necklace for my husband's ashes. The funeral home filled it in for me so I'm not sure how the process went, but she said necklaces with holes like this don't usually have the same problems opening as others. This consists of tiny links. I already opened the link and the heart fell off. It was an easy fix, but I wouldn't want to risk losing my heart if it happened again.
