Although this foamy cleanser is a little drying it doesn't give me flare-ups of rosacea so it's a plus. However, what I dislike the most is that even the slightest contact with my lips causes numbness. I've experienced this with several liquid lipsticks but never with a cleanser! It's a shame because I use it to remove makeup (for foundation, blush, etc. but not for the eyes) and sometimes I use a little cleanser on my lips to remove residual lipstick pigment. Since even the slightest contact of this foam with my lips causes numbness, I definitely won't do this on purpose! I've read that this is a popular cleanser for people with rosacea, but I don't like it. Maybe better for oily skin but I have dry skin. Also, I think I was expecting it to be your typical gel or liquid that turns to foam when you add water and stir, but turns out the cleaner is already in foam form when dispensed becomes.
