Product stopped working immediately

I ordered this because of relatively high reviews. I plugged it in and did a patch test. I had no side effects so I continued. (For reference, I'm very pale with dark brown hair.) I "slapped" my foot about a dozen times and the machine turned itself off. It no longer turns on when connected to a network. I waited a day and tried again to no avail. Revain refunded my purchase price which is great. But I am very disappointed with the device and will not order it again.
