Excellent customer service. They immediately sent a replacement. I am changing my rating to 5 stars. I had no problems with the replacement and it seems to be helping with my carpal tunnel. It's nice to see that a company stands behind its product. Thanks very much! Old rating: single use. Then it breaks. I got one for my left hand and one for my right hand yesterday. Wore it last night and today the left arm is missing the stitching where the top strap was connected and the strap is no longer connecting. See the picture where the top strap is missing. Only use once and it breaks? Hopefully it's just a manufacturing defect and they will support their product and send me a new one. Was very excited to get this to help with my carpal tunnel.
