Good night's sleep.

I bought this duvet after reading reviews that this product might help me sleep better at night. My main concerns were the night sweats and that weighted blanket. The cooling blanket feels visibly cool for extended periods, but when battling nighttime hot flashes, it's difficult to get comfortable and regulate body temperature with a 15-pound blanket. I would recommend this blanket for people with sleep disorders other than menopausal women. It was nice and comfortable. Just not for me.

Pros

Consists of two parts: a machine washable outer cover and a weighted inner cover. As with any quilt and quilting system, the pieces move independently and some shifting is to be expected. That's why we developed the BlanQuil system to reduce misalignment by including 8 strong drawstrings to keep the quilt and quilt in alignment during use, allowing you to make quick adjustments when needed. Simply open the outer pouch and make sure all ties are secure.
