I've been using this product for three weeks now and I can already see the difference. I usually have dark circles and bags under my eyes, which are hereditary and sometimes associated with seasonal allergies and lack of sleep. This product has completely eliminated bags under my 38 year old eyes. I still see dark circles but they don't seem as dark. I use it once in the morning and again just before bed, both times after cleansing my face. The skin around the eyes has become tighter than 3 weeks ago. It also seems very soft. I have very sensitive eyes and ocular rosacea so this product gives me a slight stinging in the corners of my eyes and watery eyes for hours after use if one gets too close to my eye. However, any eye cream or gel I've used near my eyes will cause this, so maybe I'm overly sensitive. It's not as intense as other eye products I've used before and is very well tolerated. It's worth it to me, so I'll keep using it. I think I have very sensitive eyes so any product that gets too close to my lashes will cause a sting. The bottle is generously priced and the push-top dispenser makes it easy to dispense just the right amount. I think for the first week I was completely overwhelmed and realized I was using more product than I needed to. I only half squeeze it and a little really makes a big difference. There is no odor or unpleasant smell, the texture is comfortable. I will continue to use this product. I'm planning to order another jar for my mom for Mother's Day. UPDATE: After using this product for over a year I have noticed a significant reduction in the puffiness, wrinkles and dark circles under my eyes. I also use it on my upper eyelid and that area started around the time I started using this product. I noticed that my upper lids tightened again and the hood was completely gone. It lasted a decade from the area around my eyes. I never believed that a product like this could have such a profound effect on the delicate skin around the eyes, but after using it daily for a year I have noticed a definite improvement and I am very happy with the product. A small amount is enough and a large glass lasts me for more than 6 months thanks to the effective pump dispenser. I can't recommend this more!
