Once opened the brush came in a nice box with a handy storage bag. My wife always used a flat iron to straighten her curls/curls and she always felt it was too hard for her hair and safety was a big issue. With the Cayzor brush, she was pleased to discover that she not only straightened her hair quickly, but also safely. The brush's handle was never hot, and she could use it with confidence. The LCD was clear and easy to read, and the swivel cord made it easy to maneuver. The brush heats up quickly but never feels hot. We put the brush in our palms before brushing to test it. In general, we are very satisfied with the product and can definitely recommend it to everyone!
