Do not buy! suitable for pre-workout
Absolutely terrible! Not sure if it's old and outdated or what, but it tastes like soap inside. The first time I thought it might be my shaker. Wash and rinse the shaker twice before trying again. It definitely wasn't a shaker. I wanted to return the money the day after delivery and was told that there are no returns for this product. Don't waste money on it.
