When I received the bag I liked the way it looked, although the color ordered was "grey" it was actually more of a beige or taupe. my things in it, it was so hard and rigid that it was very difficult for me to put in or pull out even one item when my other items were in it. I didn't put that much into it either. The items didn't even fit the bottom of the handbag so unfortunately I couldn't use them. I couldn't get it back by the due date due to an unexpected hospitalization. So I'm stuck with a beige/taupe tough tough useless bag. I usually buy a number of items from Revain that I'm happy with, but I doubt I'll ever try to buy a bag again. I also bought two other wallets with a somewhat similar situation. Now I'm stuck with three brand new attractive wallets that are unusable to me due to various issues where the descriptions and sizes didn't match. Addendum: I bought two other wallets earlier that I really liked. Satisfied and still use them intermittently.
