Very difficult to use
Maybe I just don't know how to use hard wax, but this was the most time consuming and frustrating hair removal experience I've ever had! Although fairly painless, the product flaked off when I tried to take it off and the hair didn't come off completely. It was also a bit muddy and I still have wax residue on my feet. Unfortunately I've waited too long to try this wax and the return window has now closed so unfortunately I'll have to throw it away and I'll lose money here :( I'll stick with using wax strips from now on.
