Brand new, first day of use, zipper handle broke in my hand when closing the top lid. There is an inside zip pocket which I tried to open. The handle moved, but the zipper did not open, but turned out. I'm amazed at the low quality and materials used for the price: $24.95. This bag should cost $9.99. I am awaiting a response from the seller/manufacturer to my direct request for a replacement bag. Luckily, this product comes with a lifetime warranty if you register the product upon receipt. Which luckily I did. * I don't know if the bag is airtight. I gave it four stars because the radiator held the temperature with ice packs.
